No. The workshop is designed to help your people use AI to take on more valuable work. Research shows that how managers introduce AI strongly affects how teams feel about it, so we help you introduce it openly and with your team involved.
Does our team need technical skills?
No. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can take part. We work with the tools you already have, and explain everything in plain language.
Which AI tools do you use?
We're tool-neutral. We use what fits your work and budget, including tools you may already pay for, and we show the strengths and limits of each.
Is our data safe during the workshop?
Yes. We practise with sample or anonymised data, and we teach clear rules about what should never be pasted into AI tools.
