Yes. ITACC Inc. is a Canadian corporation. We work with organisations across Canada and internationally, remotely and on-site when needed.
Can our data stay in Canada?
In many cases, yes. Several major cloud and AI providers offer Canadian hosting regions. We review your requirements in discovery and recommend models and hosting that keep data where it needs to be.
Do you consider Canadian privacy law?
Yes. We design systems with privacy laws such as PIPEDA and provincial rules (for example Quebec's Law 25) in mind: data minimisation, access controls, retention and transparency. We are not lawyers, so we're happy to work alongside your legal or privacy advisor.
What does a first project look like?
